Controller / CFO - Automotive Dealership - Dallas Tx area

We are currently looking for a Controller or CFO to oversee multiple motor vehicle-related businesses. Extensive knowledge of car dealership operations along with a strong work ethic are required. The ability to multi-task, be a self-starter, and be a team player are all required.

Prior experience in the automotive industry is also required. You must be trustworthy and capable of definitively accounting for all funds that are coming and going at all times.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ Years of car dealership Controller/CFO experience
• Note: general accounting experience will not meet the requirements for this job
• Must be proficient in Quickbooks Online
• Know and be able to prepare auto dealer financial statements forwards and backwards
• Advise, teach and oversee the existing accounting personnel
• Enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
• Monitor cash and floorplan balances
• Knowledge of bank and floorplan reconciliation

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year

Experience:
