Vision Ford Lincoln is a family owned dealership that is currently seeking a Experienced Automotive F&I manager to join our amazing team.  This is an incredible opportunity for an experienced professional who is excited by F&I. 

We need a leader with a strong focus on compliance requirements and product knowledge, clearly communicates product features and benefits, and who can confidently close the sale.

Qualified candidates will be self-motivated and capable of leading in a fast-paced environment while performing multiple responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Contract new business, sell and close deals
• Generate income on all sold customers
• Check/verify paperwork involved with cash, finance or loan transactions
• Contract or collect all money at closing
• Seek bank approval on financed deals
• Understand all programs and rate options offered by our lenders
• Solicit extended warranty sales
• Maintain store sales quota
• Demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of leasing processes.
• Work closely with other departments to implement effective strategies that boost company portfolio and market share.
• Enforce corporate performance standards thru tracking activity goals and measures for sales personnel.
• Ensure staff is active with participating in social media campaigns and sales techniques (lead by example)
