Responsibilities

  • Learn and follow the dealership’s proven sales process
  • Manage all aspects of the sales experience, from prospecting to vehicle delivery
  • Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicle inventory
  • Review, update, and manage daily inventory reports
  • Assist in executing strategies to grow market share
  • Work with sales leadership on monthly goals and performance plans
  • Maintain dealership standards for customer satisfaction, gross average, and unit volume
  • Stay current on products, market trends, and required certifications
  • Utilize Client Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage customer interactions
