We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic F&I Manager/Sales Manager to join our team.

This is a dual finance manager/sales manager role in a luxury store. This position plays a key role in maximizing dealership profitability while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Present financing options to customers and secure appropriate financing and leasing arrangements.
• Sales Manager: desk deals and manage as sales staff.
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with lenders and financial institutions
• Review credit applications and assess customer creditworthiness
• Ensure all documentation related to sales and finance is accurate, complete, and complies with local, state, and federal regulations
• Structure deals for maximum profitability while adhering to lender guidelines
• Offer and sell additional products such as extended warranties, insurance, and protection packages
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from sales to finance process
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of all finance deals and contracts
• Stay current with financial and automotive industry trends, as well as regulatory changes

Requirements

This position requires a high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail. Candidates must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong understanding of automotive finance procedures and compliance standards.

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of two years of experience in automotive finance or a related financial services role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding financial performance goals
• Valid Operator Driver’s License (must be insurable)
