We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Warranty Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring accurate warranty submissions and compliance with manufacturer and 3rd party warranty requirements.
Responsibilities:
Process and submit all warranty claims to the manufacturer in a timely and accurate manner.
Review repair orders to ensure proper documentation and compliance with warranty guidelines.
Track and follow up on outstanding claims to ensure prompt payment.
Maintain warranty receivables schedule and reconcile accounts.
Communicate with service advisors, technicians, and management to clarify repair details and ensure warranty compliance.
Keep up to date with manufacturer policies, procedures, and training requirements.
Assist in audits and reporting related to warranty claims.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Warranty Administrator or in a similar role within an automotive dealership (preferred).
Strong knowledge of dealership repair order processes and manufacturer warranty requirements.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Proficiency with dealership management systems (DMS) and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple departments.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
