Toyota of Longview is seeking energetic and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team. While not required, speaking Spanish is a great asset in helping us better serve a large part of our customer base.
What You’ll Do:
Help customers choose the right new or pre-owned vehicle for their needs
Provide an outstanding buying experience from start to finish
Build strong customer relationships and follow up to ensure satisfaction
Stay knowledgeable on Toyota products, features, and promotions
Work as part of a supportive sales team to reach dealership goals
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and people skills
Motivated, professional, and eager to succeed
Previous sales experience is helpful, but not required – we provide training
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
