Are you a passionate leader with a proven track record in automotive sales? Freedom Kia is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented Sales Manager to lead and inspire our sales team. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving sales performance, mentoring consultants, and ensuring a world-class customer experience.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to promote growth and profitability.
Analyze sales performance and KPIs, providing actionable feedback to team members.
Engage directly with customers to support the sales process and close deals when necessary.
Manage inventory levels and oversee proper vehicle stocking and rotation.
Collaborate with the finance department to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.
Cultivate strong relationships with customers and promptly resolve any sales-related concerns.
Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
Ensure strict compliance with all dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Previous experience in automotive sales management is required.
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance management.
Strong record of driving sales and exceeding revenue goals.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
Proficient with CRM systems and dealership sales management software.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
