Office Manager – Automotive Dealership
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our dealership’s administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive office management, with a preference for individuals familiar with Toyota processes and Reynolds & Reynolds dealership management software.
Job Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily operations of the dealership office, ensuring efficient workflow across all administrative functions
Supervise office staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management
Maintain accurate records for accounting, vehicle sales, registration, and title processing
Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, state regulations, and manufacturer requirements
Coordinate closely with the sales and service departments to support customer and operational needs
Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, payroll, and internal reports
Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts
Monitor and maintain internal controls and dealership documentation
Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and financial institutions as needed
Requirements
Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Knowledge of Toyota dealership operations and Reynolds & Reynolds software is highly preferred. Familiarity with DMV processes and automotive retail financial reporting is a strong asset.
Education and/or Experience
High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or Accounting preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in an automotive dealership office setting
Prior experience with Reynolds & Reynolds and Toyota dealership procedures strongly preferred
