A respected and high-performing dealership in the East Valley is seeking an experienced F&I Manager with a strong background in new and used car finance operations, especially within the special finance space. The ideal candidate is a proven closer, confident working with credit-challenged customers, and capable of managing a profitable finance department while working closely with sales teams and lenders.
Assist customers with special finance needs by helping them select appropriate vehicles and closing deals aligned with specific lender programs.
Clearly explain special finance terms, processes, and stipulations to customers.
Maintain full compliance with lender requirements and ensure all conditions are met before funding.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sub-prime and special finance lenders.
Collaborate with the Pre-Owned Sales Manager to ensure appropriate inventory is available for special finance deals.
Promote special finance programs to the sales team, working together to maximize deal structure and profitability.
Support the sales department as needed to facilitate a seamless customer experience.
Adhere to all dealership policies and procedures, as well as all applicable state, federal, and local finance regulations.
