Rockwall County Volkswagen is seeking a motivated and customer-focused BDC Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer communications, setting appointments, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Make outbound calls to follow up with prospective customers and schedule appointments.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide information about vehicle inventory, promotions, and dealership services.
• Follow up on missed appointments and re-engage potential customers.
• Work closely with the sales and service teams to coordinate customer interactions.
• Achieve performance goals related to call volume, appointment setting, and customer satisfaction.
• Deliver a positive and professional customer experience in all interactions.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
• Experience with CRM software and phone systems preferred.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
• A positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous experience in a BDC, customer service, or sales support role preferred.
• Automotive industry experience is a plus but not required.
