Rockwall County Volkswagen is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team. This role is responsible for driving sales performance, coaching and developing sales consultants, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance, ensuring team members meet key performance metrics.
• Assist in the sales process by engaging with customers and closing deals as needed.
• Manage vehicle inventory, ensuring proper stocking levels and rotation.
• Work closely with the finance department to ensure smooth transactions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and resolve any sales-related concerns.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all dealership policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales management experience required.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and exceed performance goals.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with dealership CRM and sales management software.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 1 year in a management role.
