Finance Manager – Rockwall County Volkswagen

Rockwall County Volkswagen is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for securing financing options, presenting aftermarket products, and ensuring a seamless and transparent purchasing experience for our customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist customers in securing financing and leasing options that align with their needs.
• Present and sell finance and insurance (F&I) products, including extended warranties, protection plans, and other offerings.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and dealership regulations regarding finance transactions.
• Work closely with lenders to obtain the best financing terms for customers.
• Accurately complete all financial paperwork and contracts in a timely manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with financial institutions and other lending sources.
• Educate customers on financing terms, payment plans, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profitability and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends, financing programs, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• Previous experience as an automotive Finance Manager required.
• Strong understanding of dealership finance and insurance products.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations related to automotive financing.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
• Proficiency with dealership management software and finance tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive finance and insurance.
