Rockwall County Volkswagen is seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. This role is responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction while meeting sales targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in selecting a vehicle that meets their needs.
• Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits.
• Conduct test drives and follow up with potential buyers.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of vehicle inventory, pricing, and promotions.
• Provide transparent and accurate information regarding financing and leasing options.
• Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
• Achieve or exceed monthly sales goals and performance metrics.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to ensure a seamless buying experience.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new vehicle features.

Requirements

• Previous automotive sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus.
