Business Development/Customer Service - Toyota of Longview

As a Toyota of Longview Automotive Business Development Agent, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, responsible for handling inbound inquiries and generating appointments for our sales team. Your role is to provide exceptional customer service, respond to customer inquiries promptly, and effectively manage leads through our CRM system. The ideal candidate will be organized, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments for customers to meet with our sales team.
  • Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our vehicles or services.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure leads are properly managed and followed up on.
  • Assist in the development and execution of BDC marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and report on lead conversion rates and other key performance metrics.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or call center role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance goals.
  • A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule:

  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:
