Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess service needs.
• Prepare repair and maintenance estimates.
• Communicate recommendations and repair updates.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service.
• Manage warranty and service contract claims.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive service advisor or dealership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reynolds & Reynolds experience is a plus.
• Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.
