Window Tint Technician - Purdy Volkswagen & Purdy Mazda of BCS

Our dealerships have an outstanding opportunity for a skilled, detail-oriented, and motivated Window Tint Technician. The Window Tint Technician is responsible for applying window tint film to customer and dealership vehicles while ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Install window tint film on new and pre-owned vehicles
• Measure, cut, and apply tint film according to manufacturer specifications
• Prepare vehicle surfaces for installation by cleaning and inspecting windows
• Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met
• Remove and replace defective or damaged tint film when necessary
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Properly use and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturer guidelines
• Communicate with service advisors and management regarding job status and completion times
• Assist with other vehicle appearance and reconditioning duties as assigned
• Maintain accurate records of completed work

Education and/or Experience

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Previous window tint installation experience required
• Experience working in an automotive service or reconditioning environment preferred
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Ability to operate manual and automatic transmission vehicles preferred
