Automotive Group is seeking an experienced, results-driven General Manager to lead operations at our high-performing General Motors dealership. This is a key leadership opportunity with a respected name in the industry and a growing metro market.

🔧 Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all dealership departments: Sales, Finance, Service, and Parts
  • Set and achieve sales and profit goals while maintaining high CSI scores
  • Hire, train, and mentor management and staff across departments
  • Manage dealership financials, forecasting, and expense control
  • Ensure compliance with all manufacturer and regulatory requirements
  • Promote manaufacturer core values

✅ Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience as a General Manager at a franchised dealership in a metro market
  • Manufacturer experience strongly preferred 
  • Proven leadership and staff development skills
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations, financials, and fixed/variable ops
  • Experience with CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar DMS platforms
  • Excellent communication, organization, and decision-making skills
  • Hands on manager who can deliver results and make things happen
