🧩 Position Overview: Sales Consultant

• Engage customers in a friendly, informative manner to promote new and certified pre‑owned models.
• Maintain showroom presentation, guide test drives, handle trade‑ins, and actively contribute to closing sales.
• Collaborate with team members to meet both individual and dealership volume targets.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Self-motivated individuals with a commitment to provide the highest level of customer service.
• Automotive or retail sales experience is a plus but not mandatory.
• Exceptional communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a drug screen are required.

🎁 Compensation & Benefits

• Work schedule: Five-day work week, no Sundays, plus paid holidays and vacation time.
• Pay structure: $3000 base pay along w/ commissions with several volume bonus levels.
• Customer service:  Monthly bonuses based on customer service scores
• Benefits: Medical, Dental,Vision and Life insurance and being able to sell from both franchises, what an advantage!
