Join one of the most essential teams at our franchise dealership – The Service Department! We are currently hiring Automotive Mechanics who can efficiently perform routine maintenance, accurately diagnose issues, and deliver high-quality repairs using the most effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent the dealership with a professional image, positive attitude, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Perform road tests to ensure repair quality and completion.

• Proactively recommend additional service work to Service Advisors.

• Complete service and repair tasks accurately and efficiently to meet quality standards.

• Gather all necessary vehicle details before requesting parts (e.g., VIN, model year, applications).

• Maintain a full set of personally-owned tools in proper working condition.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Communicate delays to the Service Manager and Service Advisors promptly.

• Keep customer vehicles clean and protected during service.

• Follow proper documentation procedures for warranty and service claims.

Team & Communication:

• Foster a productive and respectful working environment.

• Listen actively to team members and respond appropriately to their concerns.

• Clearly document all service and repairs for internal and customer records.

• Support Service Advisors by helping explain repairs to customers when needed.

• Collaborate with fellow technicians when assistance is required.
