The Commercial Account Manager/Salesperson is responsible for selling new and used commercial vehicles to businesses and individuals. This role requires a deep understanding of the commercial vehicle market, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients. This role will work closely with the Sales Management to achieve sales targets and provide customers with an exceptional buying experience.

  • Manage your own transactions and your own gross profit
  • Prospect/Sell to your own relationships and associations
  • More flexible hours (Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00)
  • Stronger commission structure
  • Work from home and remote for a large portion of the job
  • Have a support staff to help with vehicle upfits, paperwork and logistics
  • Have a dedicated finance team that understands the commercial account needs and commercial lending
  • Allowance for civic organizations/non-profit involvement and use of personal vehicle

Qualifications:

  • Retail automotive dealership experience required
  • 2+ years of automotive dalership sales management experience preferred
  • Must understand deal structure
  • Must understand customer ordering and be willing to learn upfitter products/specifications
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships

  • Prospect commercial/fleet accounts via phone call, email and/or cold call
