Responsibilities:

 Ensure an extraordinary client experience while creating client advocates. To perform all frame, metal repairs and interior repairs on collision damaged vehicles consigned to the Body Shop.

• Prep & Paint vehicles per estimate and according to manufacturer standards.
• Notify management of any additional repairs needed. Documents and additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair.
• Notify management of any difficulties or problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised time.
• Maintain and wear all required safety and health personal equipment, including respirator, in the manner recommended by the equipment manufacturer.
• Comply with all laws and regulations pertaining to paint, thinners, and other hazardous materials. Report any deviations to management.
• Cooperate and assist other personnel in the repair and prepping of vehicles.
• Understand, keep abreast of, and comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect body shop operations, such as hazardous waste disposal, OSHA Right-to-Know, etc.
• Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.

Qualifications:

• Verifiable references
• Certificate from Vocational School in Collision is a definite plus.
• Ability to read and follow instructions on repair/estimate orders.
• Other duties may be assigned by management.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
