Sales Manager Responsibilities:

• Work directly with our employees and customers to develop relationships and help bridge disconnects in the sales process
• Build rapport with guests to build a base of referrals to establish a customer network
• Provide training and support to the sales staff and assist in closing sales
• Help manage all other aspects of the department
• Purchase vehicles for the inventory from auction and off-lease returns
• Be ethical and transparent in leading operations
• Create a positive and legally compliant working environment and sales culture

Sales Manager Requirements:

• Possess more than three years of automotive sales management experience, preferred
• Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
• Strong Computer and Phone abilities (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM)
• Knowledge of automotive systems
• Demonstrated ability to lead a sales team and communicate effectively
• Dedication to providing great customer service

Experience:

• automotive sales manager: 2 years (Preferred)
